Relative measurements, GPS, and survey-image calibration are field-planning aids and do not replace a professional survey.
Optional. Add up to three known tree or landmark references. Reference points (R001, R002…) may reference another point, or themselves at 0 ft. Two or three measured distances can support later triangulation; bearing is optional.
Keep the top of the iPhone pointed toward the reference.
Transparent layers match the survey image pixel dimensions and contain tree/reference markers only.
Choose two positioned points. Zoom in and tap each physical center on the survey; reopen Calibrate later to adjust either point without changing tree records.
